We partner directly with ethical farms in regions like Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra. All our beans are 100% Arabica and sustainably sourced through fair trade practices.
When will my subscription box ship?
Subscription orders are processed on the 1st and 15th of every month. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. There are no hidden fees or commitments.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes tailored for Drip, Espresso, or French Press during checkout.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
