At Nomad Coffee Club, we want you to love your brew; however, due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on beans, though we are happy to replace any damaged equipment or incorrect orders.
Contact Support
Email our brewing team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a claim for damaged hardware or incorrect shipments.
Provide Documentation
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items or the incorrect coffee bags received to help us expedite your request.
Return Authorization
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for equipment returns or confirm the dispatch of your replacement coffee.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Refunds for hardware are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt, while replacement coffee is roasted fresh and shipped immediately.
